Rox Solid performs underground utility work as part of site development and construction projects. We plan the excavation, coordinate with the project team, and complete the work with attention to existing site conditions and what needs to be built above it.

Project Coordination
Rox Solid coordinates the people, materials, and schedules needed to keep construction work moving. With Ben involved in the field, we can identify issues as they arise, communicate what needs to happen next, and follow through on the details that affect the worked.
Grading
Rox Solid shapes and levels the ground to prepare sites for construction, drainage, and access. We perform the work with attention to the planned elevations and the needs of the project.
Land Development Consultant
Rox Solid helps property owners understand the practical steps involved in preparing land for development. We look at site conditions, access, grading, utilities, and the sequence of work, then help you identify questions to resolve and plan a path forward.

Roxanne Steed
President
Roxanne was born in Ohio, but lived most of her live in Washington, D.C. working for the federal government. She comes with over 15 years experience with government contracting and operating small businesess. You won't see her on equipment, but she'll make sure the job is done and all requirements are met.
Ben Steed
Vice President | Field Leader & Land Development Consultant
Raised in Utah and around the construction trade from an early age, Ben brings experience across residential excavation, infrastructure, and large state and federal projects. He has worked in the field and in project leadership roles, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to move work from plan to completion.
At Rox Solid, Ben leads hands-on work in the
field and consults with landowners and developers on site preparation, access, grading, utilities, and the practical sequence of development. He is as willing to step into the work as he is to help plan it.
